The air conditioning system is not able to control the temperature in the room. The swimming pool was filled with brown water and was not usable. Breakfast was very limited, only having one type of bread, white sliced. Coffee is limited to one cup. The shower in our room had areas of black mould. We checked out one day earlier, but the hotel could not refund our payment. They said talk to booking.com, who said talk to the hotel.

“Great hotel in Fondi”
As a family we had a suite. Fantastic hotel and staff. We stayed 2 nights to see Fondi.

“All good!!”
