Everything was perfect and clean and the area was so nice and location good and around you all what you need even bus station to go to sperlonga beach was near the place and the owner and lady was so positive and kind with us and helped us with everything be sure that we will come back again

We’re so pleased to come here again! The owner and his wife are always kind and friendly which made us feel like at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. And we are so appreciated that the owner drove us to the station. Fondi is a lovely town, we hope to come back in the future! Grazie mille!!

“Great location and breakfast!”
Perfectly located for walking the Via Francigena. Lovely owners whom we were acquainted with over breakfast. Fantastic breakfast including fresh fruit and yoghurt with a selection of home baked cakes and biscotti included! Spacious bedroom. Good value for money. Excellent location.
