“Charged too much from my card - did not return the hold”
We stayed for three nights at the hotel. They charged too much - since the hotel dit not returned the hold on my card - which they apologised for and confirmed they would return the 100USD. But eventually still not returned (even after a month). This is very dissapointing

The room was very clean the location was excellent. We ate and had drinks at the tiki bar while watching the beach it just doesn't get any better than that. Steve was an excellent bartender. Had an amazing experience.

The view of the beach on the 6 floor but the balcony was small and air conditioner was leaking water. Sir conditioner was loud when on.

“28th wedding anniversary blissful and fully restorative”
Room very clean and comfortable with amazing view of beach pool area and the pier. The staff was exceptional with genuine kindness, care, consideration, knowledge of area, and great sense of humor. Very helpful but not in an over bearing way. Parking great and included. Heated pool and pool area very spacious and looked right out to the ocean. Bar and meal choices even room service very comparable and convenient.
