We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We stayed only one night and wished we could stay longer. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel is very clean and beautifully furnished. All staff were very kind and helpful. Great breakfast with very good selection. A few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

“Rather for locals”
Firstly, upon arrival we were told that we would not be given a reserved room because it was occupied. Secondly, there was a hotplate and a dishwasher in the rooms but not a single plate or pot. There was almost no kitchen equipment. Thirdly, the breakfast was tiny and monotonous. The same every day. If you don't eat ham and cheese, you will starve. But there was a choice of 5 cakes. The coffee was good. The beach near the hotel is rather poor. Apart from the hotel restaurant which opens at 7 pm there is not much going on in the area. The nearest nice beach was to the north, 10 minutes by car from the hotel.

top located at "la pineta" in a quiet area of Follonica. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and also an option to sit outside in a calm yard.

“Excellent modern hotel - best balconies of the trip!”
Superb location - 'pine facing balcony' meant facing the pines that were adjacent to the beach. Very large balcony with sun shading Reserved parking available (fee payable) - to be honest, in mid May you could park for free on the street. Good breakfast Good restaurants within easy walking distance

“Great little stay!”
Cute little hotel a few blocks away from the main strip. Also very close to the ocean. There is a big campsite right across, so need to go around to access the sand. Our room had everything we needed and the room was a good size (nice tall ceilings). Bed was ok! Breakfast was great and had lots of different options as well as nice coffees. The service at the front desk was superb going above and beyond to help us out!

The hotel is close to the beach and is only a 10 minute walk away from the town centre. Our room was quiet and had great storage facilities for our luggage. We enjoyed a very generous breakfast.
