“Great value Apartment for big families”
We had a lovely stay, Marta was very helpful, the apartments are not centrally located, but the location is very quiet and easy to park. Also a supermarket is just a few minutes walk away. The pool was wonderful for the kids, and lovely big balcony for eating dinner in the evenings

“It could be much better with a small investment.”
We were in the apartment 8. The biggest advantage of the apartment is the terrace. We spent most of the time on the terrace. The terrace is connected to the kitchen-dining room and is shaded from morning to early afternoon. The bathroom is fine. The internet is fast and available throughout the apartment and by the pool. The beach is nice and you can find a free part as well as a paid part.

“From Follonica you can visit many interesting Etruscan places as well as different natural parks.”
The location of the apartment was very, very good and the garden area was very beautiful. The big balcony was a nice surprise to us.

Big apartment (two floors), nice swimming pool, calm neighborhood, supermarket and bakery are not far, Wifi enough for work (but only for 1 person). For sure good place to return there in the future

We were in the apartment 11. The biggest benefit of the apartment is the terrace. We spent most of the time in the terrace. The terrace is connected to the kitchen-dining room and is shady from morning to early afternoon. The bathroom is quite OK. The air-condition is perfect. It is splitted between the kitchen-dining room and the 2 bedrooms. The internet is fast and available in the whole apartment and the pool side. The seaside is nice and you could find free part and paid section as well.

“It was OK but there should have been more information about the swimming pool and activities availab”
It fitted the family of 5 giving us separate rooms. Also the fridge and the kitchen facility was good to have.
