“Stunning views, every comfort and out of this world food - a real gem”

Hosts Romina and Anna are really exceptional and made us feel incredibly welcome as a family. We stayed in an apartment which had one bedroom, a sofa bed, cooking facilities and a small garden space in front and at the back with space to sit and enjoy the stunning views, couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of facilities. The pool is stunning, with the incredible views of the Umbrian countryside, and plenty of sun-loungers to sit and relax. The food is INCREDIBLE, both for breakfast and dinner. Really appreciated how the hosts enquired as to what our children would eat for dinner and they made a special portion of pasta for our son who is a slightly picky eater. The breakfast was a feast of homemade items, we didn't even manage to sample all the varieties of cake, but everything we tried was stunning. All this served with that incredible view, it was hard to leave!

Wonderful place, with amazing views from the terrace. Cozy small pool with clean and fresh water. Outstanding friendly staff, especially with Romina, who made a wonderful dinner, whick my kids keep talking about until now. Would love to come back!

The location and views from the property are amazing. The pool area is lovely and great to be able to swim on a hot day. Romina, her husband and Anna were wonderful hosts and tried their best to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was lovely and sufficient for us - fruit, yoghurt, egg and bakery items. We had dinner there on a couple of nights and it was absolutely delicious The property is so close to the lovely towns of Spello and Assisi and the wine region of Montefalco is very handy too.

Le Terrazze Di Cancellara is situated in olive groves high above the Umbrian hills, the panoramic views are truly spectacular. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped with lovely terraces. The pool is refreshing after a day of sightseeing and has lots of sun loungers. The staff are amazing, Romina is a fantastic cook and a genuinely warm person and together with the lovely Anna, they will look after you and make you feel like this is your second home. It is in an ideal location to visit Assisi, Spello ,Perugia and lots of other beautiful medieval villages.

“Good option but not what we expected”

The apartment was quite comfortable and the pool area and communal terrace were nice. The hotel was well located for reaching nearby places of interest like Foligno, Perugia and Trevi. It was quite peaceful and parking was easy.

Romina wa incredible, the house was clean and very beautiful.

Everything!! Romina was just amazing, she looked after us so well. The accommodation was lovely, super breakfasts with delicious home made goodies.The situation is beautiful, lovely views and sunsets. Very central location for exploring the area. A perfect four night stay.

“Wonderful, relaxing stay, we would have loved to spend more time here!”

Le Terrazze di Cancellara was so nice, we would have wanted to stay there longer than the two nights we booked! The room was wonderful, very large, enough for a family of five (and we were four). A large kitchen/living room with a fantastic view over the valley and the pool, two bedrooms and one bathroom with all conveniences. And the place was really nicely decorated. Above all, breakfast and also dinner was fantastic, just excellent food. The pool is beautifully located and there is enough sunbeds for everyone even if the hotel is full. We just loved our stay here. Thank you!

“Perfect!”

The photos of this place do not really do it justice! It's super clean and our room (ROSA) was really spacious. The bed quite hard but very comfy & big. Regina is wonderful. With our very limited Italian and her very limited English, we had many fun arm gesturing conversations!! Her food is amazing - we had an evening meal 2 out of our 3 night stay. Things that might be useful to know - the pool is lovely though not huge and no shallow end for kids - nor, is the place especially 'kid proof' around the pool. The setting is lovely. Peaceful with stunning views overlooking the Umbrian countryside. The local town is 5-10 mins drive away. Breakfast was fresh cooked eggs, ham, cheese, bread and lots of home made cakes.

“Helpful people and stunning location”

The hosts have been very welcoming and caring. We where hiking and expected to find a Restaurant or Alimentaro nearby but didnt. The owner offered to cook us dinner which turned out to be more then just restaurant quality. Besides, the view of the valle umbra is spectacular and we could enjoy the sunset while bathing in the pool.
