Breakfast was basic but ok. .my room was very noisy at the front, right on a busy road. I will ask for a room at the back if I go again. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location was excellent, right next to the station. We did not have a car so we traveled around by train.

Every member of staff that we met were really helpful and friendly. They made suggestions for restaurants in Foligno and were very accommodating, allowing us to continue using g the hotel carpark even after we had checked out.

Staff were super friendly! Great shower, the room has everything you need for a short stay.

The employees are gentle, breakfast is huge and tasty. Rooms are like in the pics, clean and with all the facilities you need. For any query, the receptionist will help you. There is also a parking spot and location is very good as it is close to the city center.

I had to check out before breakfast was served, so the hotel staff kindly provided me with a few pastries, apples, water, and juice the previous day. I was truly grateful for this thoughtful gesture.

The hotel is close to the train station and to the town centre. All members of staff are very friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental. (Not the best start to the day for a Brit). but I knew that when I booked. The coffee, and croissant selection was fresh and tasted good, and that was what I was offered on booking. Next time I'm in Foligno I'll use this hotel.

“Pleasant, comfortable spot slap bang next to the station”

This is a modest but very welcoming small family-run hotel, with very friendly and accommodating staff in a perfect spot for travelling around Umbria by train. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and had very efficient aircon, which seems to be strangely lacking in a lot of the accommodation options in Foligno. There was a nice Italian breakfast served in the breakfast bar that was included in the room price.
