Overview
Built in the style of a 19th-century Umbrian residence, this new 4-star hotel is immersed within the lush greenery of its own private park, complete with olive groves, tall trees and a swimming pool. The hotel is located in Foligno, in close proximity of the Foligno Nord exit of the S.S. 75 motorway and is closely linked to the most important Umbrian towns, such as Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Orvieto, and Montefalco. During your stay you can keep in contact with family, friends, and colleagues by taking advantage of the hotel’s free Wi-Fi access. The swimming pool is open from June until mid-September.

“4* hotel needs to accomplish a certain level of qualities and this has not.”
Not so much. Considering it was chosen on Friday because of restaurant, we arrived and got informed it was closed (no clear explanation)

The swimming pool was very nice and generally the outside part of the hotel is very impressive! The breakfast was very tasty, especially the sweet part, there were so many different cakes to try! It is a nice place but I don’t think I will suggest it to someone else.

The location is great in a quiet area in a nice surrounding. Spacious cleans rooms en very friendly staff at the breakfast and especially the restaurant during dinner.

Lovely structure in a good location Breakfast was good and varied with great service Good and safe parking in private gardens We were allowed to check in a little early. Only 1/2 hour walk to the centro storico.

Great place with nice amenities. Perfect location for relaxing and hop on trips to great scenic locations in Tuscany. Wonderful host and great breakfast. Watch out for Leo, the friendly canine with muddy paws.
