Lovely views and choice of two private outside terraces. Really large apartment in beautiful old building. Well situated for travelling to Perugia, Assisi, Spello.

We were 6 people and stayed in the big flat: - Every room had an en-suite and had aircon - The place was clean and in Italien traditional style - Incredible scenic views and a lovely outdoor dining area to watch the sunsets - Pool and tennis court - The owners were so attentive, they were always very friendly, set up a bbq for us and helped us booked taxis - Free parking both on site or at a larger car park 1 min away - It’s even better than the photos and such incredible value

A wonderful house suitable for a family. The house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook. The landscaping is exceptional. Everything is so well maintained. A great swimming pool with a stunning view. Great tennis court. The hostess is so nice. Although she didn't speak English, but through her smile and kindness you can manage to communicate.
