Duke cottage was a comfortable, quiet property with good local amenities. We were pleased to discover a thoughtful selection of dog accessories, treats and poo bags. The folder of local information was also very helpful.

The location was perfect as my husband needs a rollator to help while walking. The shops were within walking distance and all on the flat.

Well kitted out considering the compact size. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the netflix. Fantastic fish and chip shop, good shop and butchers and gardens all in walking distance.

“What a find !”
The cottage is fantastic. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming. The small touches i.e the biscuits on the towel bail, the coffee and tea supplies, the toiletries etc, I could go on. We travel to Fochabers 2 or 3 times a year and normally stay in the same national chain hotel, we really needed a change and came upon Duke Cottage. What a find, it gave our visit a whole new dimension and felt more like a proper break. Will definitely book again, if we can get availability next time we travel, as it seems very popular of which I am not surprised 😀.
