Clean and spacious apartment. Surrounded by beautiful nature. The family welcomed us very warmly with rakija and we could pick some fruit and vegetables from the grandmothers garden.

Very scenic and peaceful, lots of space in the apartment and around the house. The bed was big and comfortable and everything was clean and smelt nice. It was a bit hot without AC but if you open the windows you get a nice breeze (windows have nets so the flat is bug free) The owners family is super friendly and kind too! Was lovely meeting them. They have chickens, cows and a pig which my toddler loved

Very friendly welcome by the grandson. Such a friendly grandmother. Very nice location with a very nice terrace under the vine plants. Private nice place by the river for some cool swimming. Close to the entrances of sutjeska national park. The roads in the parc are bumpy. The road to the house is a bit bumpy but doable. We drive a Passat variant.

“10/10 breathtaking”

Exceptional stay – highly recommended! We stayed here in June with four guests and were absolutely blown away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and incredibly modern inside – every detail was thoughtfully designed. The location is simply stunning, offering not only peace and quiet, but also a truly unique atmosphere and breathtaking views. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and even special requests were handled without any issues. We couldn’t have been more satisfied and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed and high-quality stay!

“A Very Warm Welcome”

We had such a delightful time staying in Domačinstvo Paprica Nemanja sent us a video on WhatsApp so that we could follow the road to the property (and even offered to meet us in the town to lead the way). All was good until we missed the final turn but Nemanja redirected us by WhatsApp and met us at the start of the lane to show us to the house - where we also met his mother Sanja and grandmother, Baba Jela. "Domačinstvo Paprica” was everything that we hoped for - and more - with an awesome view of the mountains in peaceful surroundings. Just sitting on the veranda watching the chooks (chicken) scratching for food and the cow grazing in the next field was a delight for city dwellers like us. The apartment is immaculate, spacious and newly furnished. The kitchen area is small but perfect for preparing meals for a few nights. But what really set Domačinstvo Paprica apart was the kindness and generosity of our hosts. We enjoyed sharing evening drinks and sweet treats under the pergola with Baba Jela - and google translate! And on our last morning we joined Baba Jela and neighbours for coffee and her home made cherry drink - delicious! Such was the welcome to make our experience at Domačinstvo Paprica even more special. The drive to view the rain forest and other tracks is only a few minutes away. Not to be missed. Stunning views you won’t forget. We paid a cash park fee of 10BAM each, but the ranger accepted 10 euro for the two of us. Thank you Nemanja, Sanja & Baba Jela for making our visit so memorable. We wish we'd been able to stay longer.

Very nicely furnished, everything new, comfortable beds. Beautiful surroundings, 2 mini markets about 10 minutes away.

Very friendly host who always answers immediately and helps with questions. We received welcome eggs and Schnaps. The house was very clean and is very spatious in the middle of a beautiful nature. I highly recommend this accomodation.

The location is absolutely phenomenal, with breathtaking views of Sutjeska National Park that left me in awe. The beauty of the surroundings, especially at the foot of Mount Maglić, is something I will never forget. Waking up to the serene landscape and being so close to the pristine Perućica rainforest made the experience even more special. The natural beauty here is simply stunning, and it’s the perfect spot to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.

beautiful brand new apartment, well equipped, great communication with the host, peacuful, easily accomodates 4 adults, we got cookies, lemonade and rakia from nemanja and his grandmother, only 4 minutes by car from ok fest, porch in front of house with big shade, excellent value for money.
