“Our favourite hotel in Türkiye!”

A perfect location. Very peaceful and only a 10 minute walk along the waterfront to town. Staff were incredible, so kind, helpful and happy. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight - the best breakfast of our trip!

“Beautiful boutique hotel on the water”

The hotel was very much a boutique hotel, and we enjoyed the homestyle feel. It was family run, and we visited during the off season so we were pretty much the only guests which meant we had all their attention! They went above and beyond during meals and the laundry service was excellent. The staff were brilliant and even booked a reservation for us in town. They were very accommodating to our check in and out times and did everything possible to make our stay memorable.

“What an amazing experience!”

It cannot be better! Totally met my expectations. 15 min by walk from the noisy center. Its absolutely nice, comfortable and windy around so you dont feel suffocated. Owners and the team is absolutely like family you would like to choose:) All very attentive and helpful. From now on, this hanedan will be my home in Foça. You can swim just in front or in big Hanedan hotel which has a private beach. It is 10 min by car but honestly in front is the best. We have eaten in the hotel too. All delicious !

Everything better than expected.

Don't look that it's a 2-star hotel. Honestly, this one turned out to be better than some of the 4-star ones! We initially booked a standard double room but upon arrival we were allowed to upgrade to their best rooms with sea view for a little extra. Rooms were very clean and comfy and had a balcony facing the water, which was amazing! The hotel is located right by the water and is very close to all the restaurants area (15 min walk). The staff is very helpful & kind - they've filled out our tumblers with coffee before we left for free. And BREAKFAST - you can come stay here just for this!! :) probably one of the best breakfast we had in Turkey! Definitely reccommend this place.

“Two nights in Foca to visit the area around and enjoy the sea”

CHECK-IN: uncomplicated STAFF: friendly smiling and always present to support you. Really appreciated. SIZE: huge. We opted for the sea-view room and this had an extra living room with balcony and window on the other side. CLEAN: looked very clean indeed. BATHROOM: ok, large and functional as expected QUIET: yes indeed, very much. The only noise was from the blowing wind. LOCATION: charming relaxing and it felt safe. SERVICES AROUND: in walking distance you find groceries and restaurant. In few minutes drive the old town harbor offers you restaurant and other services BREAKFAST: A-S-T-O-N-I-S-H-I-N-G!! This deserves already at least a 4-stars hotel classification. Tons of choice and lot of warm cooked food you can choose.

“Surprisingly good property in a lively seaside town.”

A very friendly concierge organised a disabled-friendly room for us at ground level, and welcomed us with coffee. Although the room was small, it was modern and well appointed. For dinner, it was an easy walk along the seafront to the Foca town centre with its little harbour. The place was alive and buzzing - many lights, markets, shops, restaurants, etc.

Quiet get away. Easy winding down place. Still close enough to village center to walk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simply amazing, a real Turkish breakfast! And the perfect location, in a quiet part just in front of the bay also was very nice.

10 out of 10. Highly recommended hotel thanks to its location, its staff, the clean rooms and the outstanding breakfast. We travelled with our toddler and he coulnd't be happier. The staff made us feel as we were family. It was even hard to say goodbye. We don't go to the same hotel twice, but the chance is very high that we'll be returning asap. The breakfast every morning was exquisite. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. You can swim basically everywhere in front of the hotel (nicest thing of Foca). The bed was really comfortable and the room spacious. Great ice coffee. Thanks guys!

The room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is traditional Turkish kahvaltı with a large selection of dishes, cheeses, and spreads along with fruits and veg, as well as Turkish tea.

Very friendly staff, nice room, great breakfast, location directly on the harbor side walking distance to the center, balcony spacious and comfortable, with views. Very positive experience.

Nice typical Turkish breakfast served in bowls. Nice location of a small quiet village. Nice staff. A few meters from the hotel is the sea, where boats are parked, but we went to swim elsewhere, where the beach was. The nearest beach is approx. 5 minutes' walk away - entrance fee, shower also (not included in entrance fee).

“Beautiful relaxing amazing hospitality.”

Yunus, Verdad and the whole team were amazing. They were so accommodating kind and welcoming and made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable with stunning views out on the water, sweet design and good air con. They took us out on a private boat tour for a very reasonable price, and gave us good advice on which beaches to visit as well as free entry to the Hanedan beach club 10 mins down the road very cheap taxis. The location was amazing with a short walk along the sea front to the town where there are lovely seafood restaurants and boutiques. Really good menemen, fresh bread and Turkish breakfast. We changed our booking to stay an extra night, and general manager Verdad was so helpful calling our next hotel and booking.com to help us change our booking - he really went above and beyond to make sure our booking was correct and we didn’t get over charged. They don’t speak perfect English here but this was never a problem we communicated fine with the help of instant translation. Everything about our stay was easy positive and comfortable thanks to our hosts. We will definitely come back. We visited as a couple but it would also be very comfortable for a family.

Nice hotel, I recommend. Just against the Marina of the town. Warm peaple and helpful staff. If they improve the English next, will be perfect.
