Of how much I loved the stay i had to extend

Everything from accommodation to service to hospitality from where I should start the check in oussama was so helpful in a very exceptional welcoming way then to Ayoub who helped install the additional bed we needed and made sure we have everything we need in the villa, AH Naima who made sure our villa remained clean and neat to hamza who was in the beach restaurant made sure we have not any dish but perfect yummy dishes on the same spot Saeed who was very helpful with us ensuring we have the perfect vibes, on the Thai restaurant ouadie who recommended dishes and every dish was indescribable to an extent we went 2 nights in a row and what i can't forget at all in the breakfast service mohamed who made sure my husband gets everything he wanted even if it wasn't in the buffet I can't thank those people ad they made our stay indescribable loved every second of it and wish I can stay longer but definitely coming back

The only truly positive part of the experience was breakfast by the ocean. The breakfast restaurant was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the setting was lovely. This is honestly the only reason I am giving this hotel 2 stars instead of 1.

Amazing stay, staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was outstanding with everything thing you could wish for. Good breakfast with varied choice each day. We had a meal at the Saffron Restaurant which was excellent. Had a massage at the Spa which was 10/10 also, thanks to Sri. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tamouda Bay.

Rooms were lovely and big, and cleaned daily throughout the stay. The welcome we received was warm and we were quickly in our rooms. The spa is excellent and we enjoyed the treatments which we had booked. Saffron restaurant is incredible, we ate there 3 times during our stay and tried most things on the menu.

I had heard about Banyon Tree Tamouda Bay for some time and was finally able to experience it first hand. It is a lovely high end resort on a beautiful beach about 90 minutes outside of Tangier, Morocco. The villas are private, ample and well laid out. Having a private pool was amazing. The property is rather large and having golf cart service to ferry you around was an added plus. The service was impeccable overall. The Buddha Bar, Azura Beach Club and Saffron were all top notch and delicious. The included breakfast offered an elaborate choice of anything you could imagine you might want to have to start your day. Rashida, the breakfast manager deserves credit for making it a memorable experience.

“Absolutely stunning location, friendly staff and very relaxing”

The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Omar at reception. They helped us plan excursion days out to local towns with a guide. The spa treatment was superb. The room was absolutely beautiful

“Extremely professional staff, clean, spacious and well organized property”

The staff were extremely friendly and polite. We had room service twice a day with all towels and sheets changed every day. Everything was very clean and well organized. The manager and staff were coming to our table every day to say good morning have a chat give us some tips for the day. Nabil, the hotel receptionist sent us massages in advance of our arrival and sent a very nice oil burner to our home address to make up for few minutes delay during our checkout. Very good experience.

“Amazing getaway, pure relaxation”

The staff are the biggest credit to this place but hard to put into words how amazing the whole resort is, incredible private villa with pool and huge bath, 2x TVs all you could ask for plus cleaned in the morning immaculately and whilst out to dinner each night ready for bed! Dinner was outstanding, ate at both the Thai and Moroccan restaurant which were top top level. Staff couldn't be anymore accommodating, we travelled with our 6 week old baby and they set up a crib. Spent a couple of hours at the Spa which was also a dream. Will be back and highly recommend!
