Efficient and Nice welcome from the Farmer. Nice room. Lots of advices everywhere, even in french ! Nice location to access to Geysir, Gullfoss and bruaarfoss but also to Gjain and Haifoss. Don’t miss Laugarvas lagoon !

“Quaint, idyllic stay in the countryside with amenities nearby and wonderful views”
I loved how quaint it was. In the middle of the countryside, not much around but beautiful views. Good proximity to shops and things to do. Very friendly and welcoming host. Lovely breakfast and clean and cosy rooms.

“Good location - clean house”
Nice host. Good breakfast selection. Kitchen had a lot of stuff (oil, spices, salt,...). Bathroom was clean but smelled of sulfur (hot water is geothermal) - was still fine though. Nice location to relax.

We loved the big family room with the bathroom. The view out of the window was amazing and it had everything you needed. The room was warm and had lots of space for bags. We also loved the breakfast options and how well organised everything was. Everything was very clean also. We loved the yoghurt and the bread and the granola and the tea options. We had a very comfortable night and there was no noise at 22:00 which was perfect. We would love to stay again in the same room in the future.

“A lovely place 5min away from Secret Lagoon”
- host was flexible to accommodate our non-planned early check-in (could store the luggage and got the key) - the place was really cute, with everything that we needed - environmental-friendly - it felt a bit in the middle of nowhere, away from the crowd of tourists, yet 5min drive from the amazing Secret Lagoon - we could capture wonderful pictures of northern lights 10m away from our bedroom, in the field, with close to no light pollution - a funny clock and good vibes - I just wished we could stay even more nights

Quite location, nice room, lovely views. The shared kitchen had everything we needed to cook diner, items provided for breakfast were additional bonus. Few minutes drive from Secret Lagoon.

We stayed one night after completing the Golden Circle, so the location was a big help. The house is super cozy and feels like home. The breakfast was good.

Extremely kind and helpful host he made us feel comfortable and showed us everything. Everything feels very clean, stuff in the kitchen is well marked so you are not lost when cooking. Would stay with them again :)
