It was hard to like anything since we did not get our booked room and not even a partial refund. No key in the keybox started this horrible experience.

We rented from Nortia twice in our stay and stayed in two different though identical rooms. Good apartments, really easy to find. The hosts had really good instructions and details. The kitchens were reasonably well stocked with appliances. Beds were comfortable. Our friend slept on the pull out and said it was good. She didn’t use the extra pull out to make it a double bed though as the extra part to fill in the L seemed a little precarious. It might not be the most comfortable for 2 adults. We didn’t hear other guests, though we don’t know if there was anyone beside us. There is a park behind which would be good for families, or those of us who like to play on Icelander bounce-y “pillows”. Across the street is the small grocery store, and Secret Lagoon is 3 minutes away. The restaurant next door was closed during our stay. Overall a good location and good accommodation for 3.

It was a really good location for hitting the Golden Circle with ease. They had good amenities, including coffee making, dishwasher and a washing machine. They provided a cot for our 6 month old daughter that also included a proper mattress instead of the standard uncomfortable one the travel cots usually come with - a nice added touch that not many places offer. Overall it was a nice place with a couple of key flaws (shown below), but I would stay there again and was very comfortable for 4 adults and a baby to stay.

We loved that we were able to cook ourselves a meal at this property, the supermarket across the road had what we needed, the apartment had essentials to use too. The heating in the bathroom was a welcome treat to be able to dry our damp clothes off.
