The location was perfect. Everything close by within a short walking distance. Our room was very clean everyday. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. Most of all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Voices and movement of people and bangs were common during my stay , so it's not a quiet haven .

The hotel is a bit older, but very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple but acceptable considering the price of the hotel.

I hadn't planned to stay in a hotel on my trip. It certainly turned out to be the best decision I've made in a long time. The location is very central, the rooms have everything you need, the small town is very nice, the surrounding area has the most beautiful scenery/landscape to explore - and the staff in particular are the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They helped me calmly and competently in a difficult situation (I had car problems). Although my problems were solved, I decided to stay another night. If I could, I would stay here longer. I recommend everyone not to think twice about staying here.

The hotel is a great example of simple greek old fashioned hospitality. Perfect location, quiet setting, nice staff, breakfast on demand, close to good coffee and pita cafes. The private parking space is really helpful. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Florina makes an excellent base to explore Western Macedonia.

The breakfast was simple and nice. Very good value for money. The staff, at the breakfast area and the reception were extremely kind and helpful. Very important, also, the private parking, very close to the hotel.
