Good morning, I would like to inform you that as a customer of yours, my stay at the hotel was not the best. All night long they made a fuss in a room next to me and no one was called to solve the problem. It was heard everywhere. Paying a hotel 300 euros for a night and not sleeping a minute is tragic, if nothing else. To say the positives is clean, good location, comfortable, but as a professional in the catering industry, you don't risk your name to get 100 euros from a room. I'm really sorry that I paid so much money and couldn't sleep a minute. I wouldn't prefer it again. My stay at the hotel was the worst I've seen in years of traveling.
