Very comfortable studio with a nice balcony with view in the mountain. Big and modern bathroom with an amazing water pressure. The service was extremely good, very good cleaning every day. The owner gave us very good tips of restaurants and visits and was always available for a nice chat. He even left us use the room in the afternoon after check out so that we could take a shower and be mure comfortable. Location on Lagoa de concecao is very handy close to many shops and restaurants. Rooftop is nice and I could work from there . Breakfast or even better a brunch is available until very late in a trendy cafe .

César is one of the most welcoming and caring hosts I have met so far. After experiencing flight cancellations we arrived with heavy delay in the middle of the night and he was welcoming us at the reception desk personally.

Location was perfect - super central to get around the island, and with a lot of nearby infrastructure (restaurants, stores, gyms, etc).

Just excellent in all dimensions. You get way more than what you pay for. Cesar is an incredible and attentive host and you can see it everywhere , from the amazing smell in the whole hotel to the cleanliness of the rooms. My grandma used to have her apartment this clean 🤣. I love the balcony with the hammock, which I used a lot. The location is pretty perfect , you can walk anywhere and if you like you can borrow a bike from the hotel free of charge and go anywhere. I plan to come back to Florianópolis and guess, where I am booking my apartments. Almost forgot, you get a brunch card which you can eat between 8-14 everyday at a nearby coffee . Have you ever had this much flexibility with a breakfast option?

We had a perfect stay. The hospedaria has the perfect location and has all you need.

Modern, pleasant and very well equipped Pousada. Nothing went wrong in any of the room or hotel equipment including internet which is working perfectly. The location is just the most convenient as you can get there as you can walk to the Lagoa center and leave your car in the safe parking hotel. Extremely convenient ! Was not my first time and will not be the last time for sure … my Home in Floripa is there !

The layout of the hotel is very artistic, I like some decorations. It seems that the owner pays great attention to details. Although the hotel is not big, the rooms are not small. What I like most is the bathroom, which has double sinks and also the hammock on the balcony is good. The reception also prepares towels for guests to use on the beach, and umbrellas and bicycles can be borrowed, which is very considerate.

From the location to the modernity of the guest house ! Everything is nice, is working and in a very good conditions. And a really quiet place to enjoy the full resting night. You can even park your car inside the premise in full security! Walking distance for shopping and lot of places for drinks and eat.

One of the best places of booking I ever stayed, location, cleanliness, style of the apartment, facilities, brand new bikes at disposal, etc. everything perfect. And last but not least the host Paula, always available and willing to help you. This place really deserves to be called exceptional
