“Excellent”

We loved everything! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel amenities are excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and there’re plenty of activities within walking distance, including Beira Mar Norte, the Municipal Market, and Beiramar Shopping. There are also many restaurants nearby, as well as options within the hotel itself. The hotel has a gym, a pool, and a small shop for essentials. We would definitely stay here again. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

“Amazing hotel, slow check-in process”

The hotel itself is beautiful! The amenities and the bedroom were clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen as well that you can use for cooking, some restaurants and a coffee shop on the first floor. It was a really cute place to stay for my short trip to Florianópolis centro.

Modern place to stay in Florianópolis near the centre with many facilities. The place is clean and bright and has open spaces on every floor to sit down and relax. Breakfast was magnificent, especially the sweet part of it.

The staff at reception, extremely rude. Fernanda was lovely, but the other lady was not sociable, was unfriendly, and did not know how to work with people.

Comfortable spacious rooms, lovely bathrooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Accommodated me with a late check out. Breakfast was great too, as were the available restaurants.

amazing staff, even at 3am when i checked in. breakfast was always fresh, lots of fruit, great selection of cakes. they have a foid hall if you dont feel like cooking/searching for food. they even have a convenience store on the top floor to buy essentials. great location too. quiet also

Friendly place where the receptionists were really nice and professional . I remember two boys ( one did my check in) and two girls ( Cris was very polite and with clear communication regarding any question I had. I would definitely return to Bewiki. Finally the breakfast served was amazing including the staff.

New hotel so generally well maintained although cleaning and housekeeping not up to a good standard. My biggest issue is the check in process which is the worst I have ever experienced. This is the second time we have stayed here and both times, the miserable receptionist was nowhere to be seen. This time we waited 20 minutes for her to appear and when we said we had been waiting she simply replied “I had to make a personal hospital call”. No sorry or thanks for waiting. The lady that checked us in both times really shouldn’t be the first person you come into contact with when arriving at a hotel. She has no interest in the job, clearly doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t smile. The actual check in process is just terrible and far too long winded with you having to check in via WhatsApp. Everything is digital, which I’m all for, but isn’t it meant to speed up the whole process not slow it down? Room code for room 1508 was 15088 so not entirely sure how safe this is? The smaller rooms are very small and the bed not big enough for 2 people. Larger rooms are better but the place feels bare and empty. Rooms have no character and are basic. Cleaning not great with cobwebs in shower, old elastic band on shelf in shower amongst other things when we arrived. Breakfast very basic. Overall it’s a no from me.

The location was great, the staff was cool. The rooms were extremely clean and nice. The technology was great. We enjoyed our time there.
