Basic but very comfortable, lovely staff

Extremely loud music every night. Drunk people every night. Frequent random knocking on our door. Before arriving we asked if we could enter the room earlier, which they confirmed we could at no cost if it was available. On the day of arrival the policy had suddenly changed and they made us wait for 3 hours with a sick child in spite of the room being available, because 'that's our policy now'. There were works on the stairs to our room and we were told not to leave our room before 7pm the first night (eventually they let us leave, but we missed our boat). Zero customer orientation at reception and management. Worst hotel we had during our entire trip. We heard similar stories from travelers staying in the holding's other hotels (they have many on the island). Avoid at all cost.

The staff are lovely and the setting is on the lake. My room had a little terrace on the lakeside which was nice, although it wasn’t that private as it’s just next to the restaurant.

The room was comfortable and we had a cute balcony overlooking the lake. The restaurant and cafe downstairs are good. Friendly staff.

The room was big & comfortable. The balcony was beautiful overlooking the lagoon & a nice sunset view. In a good location close to the bus area & local shops & restaurants

Its a good location. The rooms have a nice balcony including a hammock. We had a room with a view of the lake, which was very nice. Its easy to walk through the small island from the hotel. They clean the room every day. The included breakfast is good. They also prepared a lunch bag for us to take away, which was great.

We arrived just as the sun was setting on the lake and the view from our balcony was astonishing! The hotel is perfectly situated on the island and close to everything you need. Everywhere is walkable and the boats out the front of the hotel can take you to different spots around the lake you may wish to visit. The staff were really helpful and the breakfasts were delicious!

It's a decent little place but there are better options on the island. It's right next to a night club so it's very loud at night (bring ear plugs) The restaurant is below average compared to the rest of the island, and the pool is okay. Not a bad place but you can get better bang for your buck elsewhere.

The breakfast was excellent. Nice breakfast porch overlooking the lake. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location.
