The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference, and the room itself seemed clean when I arrived. I also appreciated that there was hot water, and free coffee in the morning.

The boater was very nice and the fact that they have boat services at no costs

A beautiful room, with windows and a balcony overlooking the lake. There are hammocks right outside the rooms, free to use! The staff are sensational - so kind, and willing to help. The ferry that shuttles across to the mainland is so handy, and always accessible! Also, fantastic water pressure in the shower!!!

Great location on the other side of the lake with absolutely stunning views from the huge common balcony. Room was functional with well working AC and a fridge. Staff is very nice and boat shuttles to Flores (5 minutes) are provided whenever needed.

“Lovely place.”

I really liked this hotel. It's in a peaceful location with a great view of Flores island and the forested mountains beyond. The staff are helpful and laid back. There's filtered water and free coffee on the go. There are blow-up kayaks to rent, not the best quality but they get you about. There are hammocks for hanging out in. There's food and beers available in the restaurant downstairs. They will pick you up and drop you over to the island then you ask so it's the best of both worlds really.

“Good if you want to be in a more chill place”

Located on the calmer side of Flores, which is great for a more relaxed stay. They offer free boat rides from 7am to 4pm, and after that it’s very cheap (5Q per person). The room was clean. Even though they have dorms, the hotel seems more suited for couples, families, and groups, which makes it quieter overall.

“Amazing hotel”

We had an amazing stay - big beds, quiet area, beautiful views on lake Peten, helpful staff - thank you Eduardo!, food made on request - very tasty, they allowed us to take a shower before our night bus although it was after check out - thank you so much, there is a boat shuttle to the Isla - takes 2 min to get to the Isla:)))

It’s a nice place, but it’s not in Flores island. You need to take a boat to get there. Friendly staff and good services.

The view was the best of it all - a really beautiful view of Flores! The staff was helpful with boat transportation from and to the hotel from the island, only costing 5Q each way (after we knew about this). Was nice to have a fridge. Functioning AC!

Lovely location at the lake and friendly staf who you could ask for a pick up to the other side. Sometimes if was for free. Other times we paid 5 each.

Very nice place, warm water in shower

Great balconies, room is okay.

Great balcony with views of island and lake, hammocks and chairs to lounge in. Restaurant was good and they opened anytime we needed. They helped coordinate a tuk tuk to a local swim area for a good price and picked us up at airport.

The hotel is very nice with a lovely view on the lake and on Flores island. Rooms are nice and with everything you need. The staff of the hotel was alway very helpful. The boat to Flores is only 5Q

The location is great.

The views, the calmness, the local feeling, the staff, and the cheapest boat transportation to the island of Flores whenever you needed it! Really kind of them 🙏🏼 ! !
