“Good budget choice”

Very basic room but spotlessly clean and they allowed an early check in. Ideal for one night for onward travel as the location is less than one minutes walk from where the buses pick up. Would use again.

“Great place to explore Tikal and Flores from”

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Comfortable rooms with hot water. Great proximity to Yo Ammo Peten transit hub. We were able to get laundry done and arrange our trip to Tikal through the helpful guy in reception.

“A Good Choice on Isla Flores.”

The hotel is located just steps from the causeway when you reach the island. Unlike many of the hotels on Isla Flores, the was not much noise from either traffic or the many bars that are on the island. The hotel accommodations are basic and good value for the money. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Cozy hotel in a convenient location for visiting the island of Flores as well as for the various excursions, with spacious and comfortable rooms. However, the best aspect of this hotel is the staff, who were especially kind and hospitable toward us, giving us great help in dealing with the problems we had due to the airline we flew with. Once again thank you for your help!

“Don't stay if you want to sleep”

I had read previous reviews mentioning the loud air conditioning, but I assumed it could be managed with earplugs. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The noise level was extremely high — comparable to sleeping next to an airplane engine. It was impossible to sleep, and the constant noise felt excessive and uncomfortable. The room window faced an internal corridor, so there was no option to open it for fresh air. Without the AC running, the room quickly became stuffy and hot, leaving no workable solution for a comfortable night’s rest. Unfortunately, the lack of sleep made the stay very unpleasant. I genuinely believe I would have rested better in a basic hostel. The service experience was also disappointing. I informed the staff the night before that I needed to leave for a 6:00 AM Tikal tour. However, the hotel was locked in the morning, and I had to knock on the reception door for several minutes before the receptionist woke up and let me out. During checkout, there was again no one at the reception, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for a staff member to arrive. Communication was also difficult, as no one spoke English. Overall, the combination of extreme noise and poor service made this a very frustrating stay.

“Great value stay in Flores”

Guy on reception spoke no English but was absolutely lovely. Great location, basic but nice room.

Staff was ery friendly, the room and bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable aswell. This part of the city is a bit noisy but that is not the hotels fault. Overall we had a very good stay here.

The room is clean. Very strong & consistent hot water shower. Air-conditioning works well. Drinking water provided. Location is good, very near to the Yo Amo Peten sign which is the meeting point for tours & shuttles.

We stayed just one night, but the hotel felt comfortable, clean, and it's close to the bus station. You are also very close to the main road so especially during the evening you hear a lot of noise.

Location was good. Seconds away from where the bus from the airports drops you off. At the same location the buses for Tikal leave in the morning. Flores island is very tiny so easy to walk around and find restaurants. Water is being provided as well.

We booked last minut and came late at night. Within an hour our host helped us book a tour to tikal and a night bus to Antigua the following day. Amazing service. The room was great too. Had everything we needed for a night.

Great location. Close to the bus stop to go to Belize. The room had a good AC system and the bathroom was clean (no smell of humidity unlike in other hotels)
