Lovely host and beautiful rooftop. Nice view over the lake and Flores. Also pretty surroundings with viewpoint, archeological site, Maya ruins, and a beach

The view from the terrace was fantastic. Especially the sunset. Very calm and relaxing. Only 3 minutes by boat from Flores. Good restaurant downstairs. Very helpful owner. Great service.

“Quiet amazing private accommodation”

My stay at Casa Zoila was absolutely fantastic! The spacious terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of stunning sunsets. With good WiFi, an outdoor kitchen, AC, and two large bedrooms with three comfy beds, it provided everything I needed and more. The flexible check-in made my arrival smooth, and the host’s warmth and hospitality, including offering laundry services and providing local recommendations, made me feel right at home. Located in San Miguel, it’s conveniently close to Flores, accessible via a quick and affordable boat taxi ride for only 10Q. I highly recommend Casa Zoila for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the area.

“The most wonderful hosts”

The view!!! The huge outdoor rooftop. The host is just wonderful. I needed to be in Flores really early to meet my tour and my host organised a boat for me. She is very responsive with communication and could not do enough to help. The privacy and the quiet. Although you walk through the host's house to get to your apartment, you have a great amount of privacy. There are dogs and roosters in the early morning, but otherwise it's super peaceful. The rooms are huge and the bed is comfortable. I liked being away from the crowds.

Nice quiet location and 1 min to cross the lake to Flores. Friendly, helpful and proactive owners. Beautiful spot on the lake.

Nice view, big Apartment and everything was really clean. The owners were so nice and helped us with our trip to Tikal. They also let us stay in the apartment far after the checkout time. We would definitively come again.

I can highly recommend this place. The rooms themself are really clean and comfortable with a beautiful lakeview. Both rooms got a coffemachine plus coffee, water and a lot of other things and if you miss something :The hostfamily is amazing, they where always there, for a chitchat or for helping me with planing, organizing a cool boatguide, inviting me for dinner and even offered me to wash my clothed for a really cheap price. So if you want to get to know a symphatic local family while staying in a room/apartement that got all you need, go there!
