The grounds are beautiful, pool is great and the place exudes class. Parking is free as well. Nice rooms and the vibe is like you are from another era, in a good way. Great breakfast. Simple drive to Florence, once you know where to go. Shuttles go regularly as well.

The reservation fee has been paid, and they are asking me to pay again. There is no air conditioning.

The building and the gardens are very nice.

Location -20 minutes by car to Florence, it is impossible to get there without a car. There is a large building 100 metres from the hotel, obviously a shopping centre, so there is no need to talk about some interesting location. We stayed for 3 nights because we didn't want to carry things again, but we should have.

Always love staying at Villa Olmi, the rooms are always comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are super efficient and lovely. There's a wide variety of food at the restaurant and it's always delicious. Having visited a few times now the staff are friendly and remember me and are all so nice, so it feels very much a home from home experience.

I love to stay at Villa Olmi; it's a beautiful hotel in the most wonderful setting. It's fantastically clean, the staff are all delightful and the food is delicious. The breakfast choice is extensive and of the highest quality, the dinner menu equally delicious. My room was absolutely spotless, comfortable and stunning. As I travelled for work and have stayed here a few times now for the same reason, the chance to unwind after a long day and be treated so well was of huge importance.

I love Villa Olmi and have stayed here for my work trips on several occasions now. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, clean and spacious. The complimentary toiletries are really useful and also good. The food choice at breakfast is superb, though I usually don't have this included in the room rate, so it's an additional charge. High season the rooms are understandably more expensive. I also finally was able to use the lovely swimming pool on my last visit and at the end of a long work day it was wonderful.

This hotel had been highly recommended to us by some friends, so we knew what to expect. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds, our room was lovely (and quiet) and the public areas including the pool are great. We were travelling in our own car and the parking was free, easy and spacious. All of the staff were outstanding, we particularly liked Simone and Gabriella who were lovely. The breakfasts were good and we had some excellent meals in the hotel restaurant. We also had a good meal at a nearby restaurant, Roven. The hotel operates a minibus that can take you into Florence for 2.5 euros each. On arrival we were told that when checking out, a service charge for all staff would be added to our bill. It was made clear that we could remove this or change the amount. After initially being surprised, we decided this was a good idea as it was a fair way to tip and also saved having to think about it each day. On this occasion we were happy to keep the whole amount on the bill as we felt all of the staff had been exceptional.

Room and breakfast excellent, staff including bar staff, housekeeping and reception all really helpful. setting is beautiful. They tell you when you check in they will be adding an optional service charge to the final bill so need to tip as you go along which is helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. Yet it is not pretentious or snobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are extensive, lovely for a stroll in the evening. The pool is a bonus. There are many, many options for breakfast. Our favourite part was our room. It was the most comfortable room we have ever stayed in. The air con is super efficient and silent. The bed was simply bliss with the most gorgeous bedding.
