Gorgeous building, peaceful atmosphere despite being in the city, great breakfast selection. The pool had its own bar. The staff was friendly and helpful at all occasions.

The location is perfect if you travel by car, as they offer free parking outside of the ZTL Zone and the old town is easily accessible via Bus. Breakfast is great, rooms are quiet, sitting areas outside perfect for a break, and personal extremely nice and helpful.

“Great hotel, perfect for a week in Florence!”
Lovely building an grounds. Room was spacious and comfy. Staff very friendly. Easy to drive from hotel to different parts of Tuscany.

“Outstanding”
The staff was amazing! So helpful and kind! And the housekeeping was impeccable! The bed was incredibly comfortable with big soft pillows, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast and the TIRAMISU!! Outstanding!!! The area was calm and it was a lovely break from the busy city life. I have never slept better at a hotel before. We simply had a wonderful time.

“If you don’t mind a walk into Florence great stay otherwise 25/35 euro cab ride”
Great hotel, tad out the way but can walk? took 45/60 mins to get Santa Maria station,uffizi gallery Also great little restaurant 2 min walk Osteria ll piacere had live singer on the night we went plus food and service was 10/10

Very hospitable staff, friendly and informative. Great environment and plenty of outside seating. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Rooms spacious and comfortable.
