“Exceptional Place to Stay”

The hotel is the perfect place to stay in Florence. The room was exceptionally comfortable and breakfast was lovely. A shout out to Margherita who made us feel very welcome each morning. The location of the hotel is perfect; close to the main sites, but peaceful in the evenings. The wine cellar is a hidden treat which was lovely to visit in the evening. A great place to stay!

I liked The Frame hotel because of a couple of reasons. First it was really clean and comfortable. It wasin the centre so I walked everywhere. Staff were very friendlly and welcoming. They made me feel like I was at home. If I come to Florance again I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Hotel itself is lovely and clean. Modern but stylish. Location cannot really be beaten for tourist purposes. I arrived at 9am and by chance my room was ready so they just let me check in rather than waiting til 3pm and putting my luggage in storage. Great service. Would love to return one day!

Such lovely staff and amazing customer experience. The location was insanely good...!!! Literally on top of everything. We didn't use motorised transport once. Everything was within easy walk from the hotel. The room was so comfortable, and the bathroom was very generous. Will definitely book this hotel again on our return trip.
