A wonderful experience at Hotel Rivoli! We felt truly special when the staff surprised us for my husband's birthday with a bottle of champagne. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated in true Florentine style. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended!"

Beautiful hotel, great comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast.. the hotel is a work of art with surprises around every corner. My greatest enjoyment came from the 1.5 hr harp recital every evening while enjoying a drink in the small bar. Glorious, special and truly Florence. I'd give it 11/10! We are twice for dinner at their restaurant Benedicta and both times found the food, service and standard exceptional. Would recommend heartily for a stay in Florence (and nice and close to SMN station) Well done!!

Little gem of a hotel situated close to the train station. Very clean and specious room and the staff were so amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast also to get you started for the day.
