The room was huge and everything was exceptionally clean. We loved having a little kitchen to make snacks etc. The wifi was also really good. The tram was only a couple of minutes walk, and then only a few stops into the centre of Florence. The staff on reception were incredibly helpful and you could text them within the open hours and they responded really quickly to all of our questions.

“A comfortable home away from home in a quiet neighbourhood of Leopoldo”

It is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Leopoldo only a short walk to a tram that runs into the heart of the historical centre. Tram service is excellent, every 3-4 minutes in both directions. The apartment we got was on a ground floor with a little balcony to sit out, dry washing and have a cup of tea. The staff are friendly and helpful, all amenities worked well, a very clean place and spacious.

The hosts went all out to get the keys to us as we were early. On arrival they went through everything with details, how to use everything in the flat and also how to get around the town. Were professional 👏 👌

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, with a metro station nearby. The apartment was very clean and quite quiet at night. The staff were helpful at all times, and the kitchen had everything needed for a long stay.

Great accommodation, everything thought of. Location brilliant for the tram into the city and some great bars, restaurants and the best Coop we've seen. Staff helpful but, never needed to be honest.

Spacious apartment, clean and tidy with a large bed and well equiped kitchen. Bathroom had a washing machine (but no dryer). Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great and very close to a central tram line.
