“Good place to live in Florence.”

Vicinity to tram station and hence easy access to airport and train station. Leonardo is very supportive and helped us in creating our local sightseeing itineraries. Breakfast was served enough and on time. Physical check in was like icing on cake.

Everything was wonderful and comfortably fit two adults and three teenagers. Great little restaurants nearby and a 30 minute walk to train station and tourist attractions. Would absolutely stay there again.

Very nice and spacious apartments with a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Water and coffee are left in the room for guests. Friendly staff. Delicious cappuccino and croissant for breakfast. Late check-in is possible at no extra cost and late check-out is available for an additional fee.

We were a family of 4 and the room was very spacious with plenty of amenities! We had a hire car and always found parking close by. It's best to ask staff where to park as it can be confusing! The hotel is very close to the tram stop, which I would recommend with young kids, as it was a little far for them to walk.

Great accommodation with plenty of space. Very clean and hosts were helpful. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Train station close by. Highly recommend.

Nice big, clean rooms. We found one free parking place near hotel (blue lines) were you can us machine or application to pay. It was about 1,5 euro per hour (pay 8-20)

“Convenient but not clean”

We loved the communal courtyard—it was the perfect spot to relax with snacks and wine in the sunshine, outside of the apartment and away from the air-conditioning. The location was excellent, with a tram stop almost right out front. Trams ran every few minutes and got us to the city centre in just 3 stops or to Santa Maria Novella train station in 4 stops.

The room was big and had exta closet like small room, also you could make coffee and had plates and the reception was very helpful at all times. There is Parking space with an extra cost

Very spacious and clean. Very good location with parking available near by and few local stores for basic need shopping.

The room was exceptionally spacious, even though we've ordered the smallest - studio appartment. There was everything we needed for the stay. The location was also great - there were bus and tram stops nearby as well as places to eat.

Great location to get to from airport being a tram stop across the road and the same tram stop to take you to town or train station.
