“Stunning rooms and excellent location!”

Great hotel with an excellent location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novella House. Everything was within walking distance, including many of Florence’s main attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was stunning, comfortable and clean. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

The location is great. The windows are new and this gives a good soundproofing. The wall paintings are simply charming. You are really traveling in a classy past.

Really gorgeous and super "Florentine". We loved the vibe and the beds were comfortable. They left out coffee and breakfast which we appreciated, and the staff were very flexible about our arrival - arranging after hours access for us. Really great location - super central in Florence and a great base from which to explore this gorgeous city.

Ideally situated between the railway station and the city centre. It has a pretty basic exterior, but inside was lots of old works charm and comfort.

Good location walkable to station /tram for our last night in Florence. Friendly staff, helpful and explained check-in and facilities. Appreciated earlier check in. We booked superior room as treat for last night and so glad we did, it was beautiful. Traditional, high ceilings and well equipped and welcome breakfast treats handy for our early start.

Great for a change from hotel rooms. More space, kitchen (oven, gas hob, sandwich toaster, fridge) and washing machine. Lift. Clean.

Everything was excellent for us. The big bed was the most comfortable we have slept in so far in Italy. At reception, Mario, was so kind, courteous and helpful.

Not too far from central station but surrounding area feel not so comfortable. Saw people standing in a gang and just do nothing at the side of the roads. What surprised us was the road renovation right in front of the building entrance. But they did have an impressive ceiling at the living hall. A small size washing machine provided.
