Overview
Palazzo Gaddi is housed in the Renaissance Palazzo Gaddi, dating back to 1596 and boasting traditional Florentine Baroque halls. It is 400 metres from Florence Cathedral and its rooftop terrace offers spectacular city views. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the service was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and we would especially like to thank Augustina. She was professional, kind, and very attentive, and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hands down the best hotel in Italy! Every little details of the hotel deco and the service are exceptional! Our room has the breathtaking dumuo view. The housekeeping and staff service are spotless! I would definitely return if I come back to Florence in the future.

“Outstanding hotel with splendid service”
Beautiful decor and wonderfully attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable room though the pillows were not the best. Breakfasts were largely delicious especially the fruit, bakery selection and eggs. The coffee was only reasonable. The bar was in a very nice environment and we enjoyed tasty cocktails. Check in and out were smooth. The doorman was especially friendly and helpful.

“Wonderful stay at this hotel”
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Every Christmas, one of the rooms is beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree and festive decorations, and this year we were lucky enough to stay in that room—it was wonderful. The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect in every way. We also dined at the restaurant several times during our stay and enjoyed every meal. Augustina, the waitress who attended us, was fantastic. The reception staff were extremely friendly, and the doorman was always kind and welcoming as well. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Florence. Thank you for making our stay in Florence so special.

We had a wonderful stay and a truly great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to the reception team for their professionalism and kindness, and especially for Suite 601, which was outstanding — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. Another big plus is the convenient parking nearby, suitable even for large vehicles, which made our stay much easier. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant stay.

“Fabulous and luxurious stay, we will be back!”
We stayed in Room 117 which was a first floor duplex Suite. Alissia and the Guest Relations Team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly as well as all the hotel staff in general. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The Acqua di Parma toiletries were a delight. The complimentary fruit bowl, cantuccini, vin santo, prosecco/nibbles and water was very much appreciated. We loved the in room Christmas tree and decorations and the Happy Birthday door mat was a lovely touch. The small birthday cake given to me on the morning of my birthday was lovely. The two bathrooms, one on each floor, was very convenient. There was ample hanging and storage space but the bedside tables lacked any drawers. One side was just a table. The hotel’s lounge area is a fabulous place to sit and relax and have a drink. The Christmas decorations were stunning. The location of the Hotel is perfect for the station, shops and many good bars and restaurants.
