“Great location, accommodation and host.”

Location was great, very close to Florence centre, but you felt as if you could get away from the hustle and bustle. It was quaint and clean and had everything you could need. Flavia kept in constant contact re check in. The restaurant underneath was amazing too 🤩

The location was fine and the woman who met us to give us the keys was very friendly. Also a nice view of the river, although from the listing you'd think there was a balcony - not in this apartment. The entry is also off a cool little street - nice feel. The listing covers 7 apartments, so maybe the others are better than this one, but the pictures would make you think this is much bigger and nicer - and has a balcony.

Flavia, the owner was so helpful and contacted us prior to our visit to warn us of possible strike. She also met us and showed us around. The place was clean and perfect for us. It is very central location.

“Excellent”

Location in Oltrarno close to Ponte Vecchio was perfect. Easy to reach with our luggage from train station using the C4 bus, as recommended by host. Communication with host was excellent. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Very convenient to have a lift to 3rd floor. View of tree/garden across road was lovely. Was very quiet at night.

Location was good, very easy to walk to the central sights. The closeness to the river was lovely. The accommodation was spacious and clean, and the host was very nice , meeting before checking was easy and efficient, with good communication.

The home was fantastic, in a really good and walkable location to all of the key sights you’d want to see in Florence but not in the busiest part of the town so we still felt it was quiet and cost. The home was spacious and the view was the amazing!

It was fabulous to be in such a spacious well appointed apartment. The location was perfect. We didn’t understand how close we were to everything of importance until we checked in. It was great to be checked in by Flavia, she shared so much great information We highly recommend this property

It was a great location and Flavia the host was wonderful.

Great location, well equipped kitchen, clean and tidy. Linen, towels etc supplied. Flavia was a delightful host who met us at the property on arrival, was very helpful, friendly and gave great advice on the area including the best gelato at Edoardo il Biologico gelateria.

Very nice quiet apartment which had everything we needed for the week. Location was excellent, not far away from all the sites. Flavia is an excellent communicator and gave a great introduction to the apartment and the local area.
