“Could be a great apartment with a little TLC”
The lady that greeted us was very helpful and waited for us when our train was late. The views from the room and the position of the apartment were excellent. There were plenty of kitchen equipment available and we loved the fact that the property had a lift, seeing that the accommodation was on the fourth floor. The local water company cut off the water for a day and our hosts came over and provided bottled water. We were unable to have showers, so had to just wash with water that we had heated in saucepans on the stove. We totally understand that the hosts were not responsible for this, however they did offer compensation, which has not been received.

It seems impossible to find a better option in Florence. The view over Piazza della Signoria is stunning, the apartment is spacious, and the elevator works well, taking you up to the fourth floor. Communication with the owners is excellent — they respond instantly on WhatsApp and explain the best way to reach the apartment. The apartment is ready and warmly prepared for your arrival; inside there is tea, coffee, a very comfortable bed, high-quality linens, a small cooktop if you feel like cooking something, and a microwave. But most importantly, it makes you feel at home right in the very center of Florence.

This apartment was unbelievably beautiful! Thank you to the amazing hosts, they were so helpful and kind. the view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, my children didn’t want to leave either! We cannot wait to return to Firenze and stay here again
