The location was the best but if you don't have a car which we did. The house is specious but on busy street. The communication with the host was very good. GPS takes you to little bit wrong place since the shops have different numbers than houses and it took us to a closed shop in middle of the night. It is better to mention this to guests.

A traditional Florence property with lots of atmosphere in a great location. Breakfast was included and made our stay that bit easier.

This house has so much character! Excellent space in a great location with lots of medieval features. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Easy access to the buses to city centre or otherwise walking distance is about 25 min.

My stay at La Rosa Townhouse was nice! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is great—just a short walk from Florence's main attractions, yet in a peaceful, authentic neighborhood. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The place was very pleasant. We had the entire flat for our family, it was very clean and well organized. There were toiletries, towels, bed linen, hairdryer, everything according to the description. The location was very good and we did everything by foot. We really felt at home in Florence. The host, Francesco, couldn't be there to meet us in person but the communication was always fast and helpful. Francesco made sure everything went great during our stay.

Classical interior with modern standards equipment. Friendly and responsive host. Excellent airconditioning in both bed rooms. Relatively quit surroundings, yet on short walking distance from the centre of Firenze. Some nice easy accessible bar/rest. even closer (Rione). Paid and guarded parking within 200 mtrs.

Everything. Spacious, very authentic Italian furnishings, new bathroom, it has everything you need including a washing machine. It's so nice to have so many rooms than be in a small hotel or apartment plus three air conditioners. I will recommend Francesco to everyone we know coming to Florence. A 15 min walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio.
