“Top notch spot with great host”

Good location, Ricardo was amazing and provided great recommendations. Excellent water pressure, good AC and comfy beds.

It was very close to the main train station. It is an old building with areas exposing the old stonework . Most places in that area were very pricey. The host Roberto was very helpful.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, within walking distance of most major attractions. The host was very kind and attentive throughout the stay. Ricardo welcomed me in a very warm and friendly way, even offering sweets and giving great restaurant recommendations, which made the experience feel even more special. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. Highly recommended.

The building has a rich history, and the interior is very clean, elegant, and beautiful. Above all, the host's personality was wonderful, and we were glad we stayed there. He taught me about the city of Florence, and we were able to enjoy sightseeing more than we had planned, creating a very good memory. It definitely deserves a perfect score.

Very convenient for parking and getting into the Centre

The hotel was really nice and clean. It was also unique. I have to highlight that the service was excellent. Riccardo was really the best host i have ever met. He was really attentive and even recommended nice places to explore while being in Florence.

Great location to visit the center of Florence, all can be done walking + not far from the airport by car (at least we are on the good side of the city to reach the airport in 15-20min in trafficjam time). Our host Riccardo was really helpfull giving us a lot of tips and good address for restaurant,etc. Spacious room and nice bathroom.

The apartment is in a great location. It is very nicely furnished, extremely clean, and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent – Mr. Riccardo gave us a map on the first day, marking the most important sights and some great restaurants where you can enjoy delicious Italian food at a very reasonable price. This map was very helpful to us. We will definitely return to Florence someday. We highly recommend this apartment – it met all our expectations, and Mr. Riccardo is a fantastic host who is very helpful.
