The welcoming, friendly and helpful Angelo and Nicoletta. Location to bus to city was good. Breakfast had a good selection and we very much enjoyed Nocoletta’s cooking! Wonderful to come back at end of day to a bottle of their wine and a few snacks! Plus water bottles every day. Great to have a fridge in room. Angelo gave a good explanation about the bus and a printed page with this info on. Just to be aware the stops in the city to return home, have been temporarily changed for about 3 months from mid Sep and we ended up catching a taxi back for just under 20Euro. Otherwise, If you use the AT app it may be easier to work out the best stop to go back.

“Lovely Tuscany farm stay”

This is a most charming old farm, very well maintained with a beautiful garden. Our room was very clean and we slept heavenly in the cool and comfy beds. The breakfast was amazing: freshly made and local produces - we loved everything. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk away to drive to Florence (20 min) or Siena (1h10min). Thank you very much to our welcoming host for all the helpful information!

Perfectly located just a 4 minute walk from the La Gora terminus on the number 11 bus route which takes you right into the centre of Florence. That alone makes this the perfect location for anyone visiting the sights of Florence. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a choice of scrambled eggs/omelette to accompany. The attention to detail and service were excellent - highly recommend. Comfortable rather than luxurious rooms, but the price reflects that.

I was a little worried before I checked in, but the mosquito problems I saw in the review were carefully solved～It's comfortable to have air conditioning. We get a new free wine every day. The lady in charge of breakfast is very sweet. There is a big cat named Becky who loves people very much. Her bark is very powerful

The owner was very kind, helpful and attentive. His self-produced white wine was the highlight for our evenings. Breakfasts very delicious. We loved the garden and surrounding. :)

Since first minute we arrived, host introduced us to the room, facilities and offered us valuable information about what not to miss, how to visit and everything we may imagine, very nice and patient with us. La Fattoressa is perfect! Location is silent and close to the center by bus, surrounded by gardens and in the middle of nature, breakfast was simply amazing, room was so nice, romantic and comfy, a bottle of tasty natural local produced wine and a bottle of water including pizza was expecting us each evening free of charge, parking for our car inside the facility, and extremely friendly and professional hosts, all perfect!

This was one of the best accommodations I stayed in Italy. The place is lovely, staff is so kind, breakfast is amazing, secure place to park your car, comfortable room, good shower and good WiFi. I definitely recommend to all.

Great location outside the city centre allowing for peace and quiet while quick and easy getting to town by bus. Beautiful traditional house with a lovely garden. Clean and comfortable. Secure parking onsite. Very nice hosts.

Staying on his farm was special. Angelo supplied us with some of his wine. Fantastic breakfast, everything you would want. Relaxing place easy to bus to the center.

“A small family farm near Florence”

Angelo is a gem - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really impressive, and we loved Elisa's pies and cakes. The guesthouse is very near the local bus stop, and it took just 20 or so minutes to get to central Florence. Angelo very obligingly supplied us with a kettle, cups and milk so we could make hot drinks in our room.

The staff are awesome and the property is quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts are yummy! Public transit is very conveniently located.

“La Fattoressa-Exceptional B&B in Florence/Tuscany”

La Fattoressa is the quintessential Tuscan place to stay, when you want to experience both the charms of a lovely B&B and the personal attention of the staff and owners. The rooms are good size, exceptionally clean and charming, being able to sit out on the private room patio with a glas of the everyday-appearing house white wine, enjoying the well tended garden, is all a part of the heart of the La Fattoressa stay. The history of the family running this place is embedded in (and on) the walls, and the hospitality shown by especially Angelo is exeptional. The breakfast setup is something not to miss( and if you do, by magic a plate appeared in my room after returning from an early start of the day, missing breakfast). The surrounds feel safe, it is quiet, which can be sorely needed after hectic Florence. AC in room was handling the heat wave without problem. Even though this is on the outskirts of Florence, the short( ca 15 min) bus ride into Florence, is so worth it for the La Fattoressa experience. The location is also an excellent place as starting point for exploration of the Tuscany wine region.
