Nice apartment not far from Florence. I would recommend staying here if you want to be close but not too close to the city. Good communication with staff prior to our arrival. The staff helped us contact a taxi company who overcharged us and went out of their way to help regarding this problem. Thank you!

“A pleasant stay in Florence”

The apartment was very spacious. The location is perfect - you can reach the centre of Florence on foot in around 20 minutes. The facility also offers private parking (a great solution as you do not have to search for a parking lot around the city).

Just away from the busy streets of Florence main life with only a short 20 minute walk to the sites of Florence Easy car parking and great size room and facilities for cooking and cleaning which was refreshing after staying around Europe and we found this room well laid out Staff were helpful which was nice

although it neighbours an Firestation but in a quiet street parking was not so easy but not so bad apartment was clean however not so practical equipped

Clean and comfortable as described. Small issue with broken sink plug mechanism quickly dealt with. Friendly reception staff. 25 minute walk from main city centre sights. No complaints at all

Very modern and clean. Reception offered us lots of information with maps with all the tourist spots. Was located close to a suburban station and next to several super markets.

The receptionist was so lovely. Easy to get into town, there’s a carpark and the room was really spacious, water filter downstairs too.

This hotel apartment is beautiful! Modern, clean, and luxurious. The host is the super nice and helpful — you can tell they really care about this place and their guests' experience. Really close to a grocery store and some restaurants. Yes, it's not in Cinque Terre, but it is a short walk away from the train station at La Spezia. Highlight of the accommodation was definitely the bathroom. Gorgeous tiling, really nice backlit mirror, and the water pressure of the shower was perfect. Thank you!!!

“Lovely overnighter in Florence”

Great location just outside the ZTL. Easy walk to all the Florence attractions such as the Ponte Vecchio, Florence Duomo etc. Comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower, The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to make meals.

Heating didn't work well. It was cold inside.

Wonderful stay! A modern, well-equipped apartment with everything you need for a comfortable visit to Florence. It’s about a 20-minute walk from all the main attractions, which was perfectly fine for us. The free parking is a huge plus — not too spacious, but safe, and easy to access. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, always quick to respond and even made a dinner reservation for us — we truly felt welcome and well taken care of. When we come back to magical Florence (and we definitely will!), we’ll stay at Farina Apartments again without hesitation. Thank you for the warm hospitality! 🌸

The location was nice, 20-25 min by foot to city centre, I appreciated the parking, very clean, it has all the facilities you could need. Definitely recommend!
