The place is very beautiful and close to historical sites. We reached the place from the station to the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes. The apartment is clean and tidy, equipped with tea, coffee, and a refrigerator, meaning it meets the comfort requirements. The person at the reception was very helpful, and the one who stays at night was also very cooperative. I do not remember their names. My stay was very comfortable.

Location and cleanliness

Staff are accommodating and speaks English. So its easy for us to communicate. They also allowed us to leave out luggage after check out to maximise our trip in Florence. Bus stop and tram is near the hotel so its very convenient.

Staff at the desk seemed friendly but ultimately they seemed to have their hands tied when it came to resolving issues from management, such as the ones mentioned below. All issues need to be communicated via WhatsApp as advertised when you check in - management appears to be virtual and responses are either non existent or incredibly slow

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, always ready with recommendations or assistance. The room was beautifully designed—clean, comfortable, and full of charming details that reflected the character of the city. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and authentic. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with a great selection that catered to different tastes. What stood out most was the level of service—genuine hospitality that made me feel valued as a guest. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

seems to be abandoned since beginning of july no one at reception no one replying to messages or calls keys accessible to anyone dirty and completely abandoned kitchen currently discussing with booking to get our money back because we couldn’t stay there
