Plug in basin did not work - had to shave under running water. Reported first morning and again on departure 5 days later.

“Lovely hotel but wasn’t the best on the day”

The location was great, staff very helpful and breakfast consistent with a good variety to choose from. The issue with not having grab rails was addressed quickly and well by staff.

“Florence is beautiful and we were both happy with the accomodation as we were only there to sleep.”
Breakfast was outstanding, delicious and available on time. The staff were very obliging and polite, a big shoutout to the night manager Margi? ( I think that's his name ) - what a beautiful human. The hotel was exceptionally clean especially the bathroom which is a big plus. Very central which was another plus.

“Easy walk from main attractions yet a quiet area.”
Simple tidy hotel in a nice area with local vibes, a little away from the main tourist haunts. Only c. 5 minute walk from the main train station, and near the river. A short length of a quiet street in front of the hotel, so practically no traffic noise. Some restaurants, bars, cafes and ethnic shops nearby. Easy walk to various must-see destinations. Breakfast was alright, not massive but enough choice. Beds were alright, bathroom not big but functional, shower had plenty hot water after a short wait. Room was cleaned well each day, maybe even too well, as the towels were changed every day though had hardly been used.

Good choice of items for breakfast. Room clean and good facilities. Location excellent for what we needed and not too far to walk to the sights. Staff were very helpful.

“A lovely hotel for a visit to Florence”
The hotel is in a great location close to the central train and bus stations. The staff couldn’t be nicer- always friendly and helpful. And the breakfast everyday is excellent
