Location is perfect, rooms are ok. Breakfast is very good and staff is so helpfull.

Lovely big spacious room with a powerful shower and we had a nice but small balcony. Plenty of storage space, also had a small fridge, coffee maker and a safe. Our large bed was very comfortable. We had a good selection of hot and cold buffet food for breakfast which was delicious. The hotel is in a good location with a train station just 15 minute walk and bus options but found the roads very busy. The staff are really friendly, everyone made our stay enjoyable, thank you.

Clean rooms and very helpful staff

Good location for tourists - close to the old town, quiet area, many cheap cafes and restaurants. Small and nice hotel. Close to the Fiorentina stadium (15 mins by walk). Very good breakfasts.

An excellent hotel within a walking distance from the center, including nice restaurants and shops nearby. A parking spot was availible at a paid parking nearby. Coffee maker and a small balcony.

Nice and calm hotel, cca 15 min walk from the city centre. Clean, good, great breakfast and very nice staff at the reception. There is a possibility to leave the luggage at the hotel. The apartment was quite clean. There is a good supermarket (COOP) and few bars and restaurant close to the hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment we checked in until the day we left. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast hostess greeted us each morning with a warm smile. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. Despite facing the road, it was impressively quiet, and we experienced no street noise at all. The shower was great, and we appreciated the well-stocked tea and coffee facilities. The hotel is about 20 min walk from the centre. We will definitely return on our next trip to Florence.
