“Beautiful hotel in perfect location”
We stayed at Hotel Number Nine during our long weekend in Florence and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful - very stylish decor and lots of attention to detail. The rooms are big and spacious . The staff were extremely professional and attentive. The hotel is in a perfect location, just walking distance to all major attractions and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at this hotel was beyond expectations. The interior is beautifully designed, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Overall disappointing”
It says it has a parking but they don’t and they charge you 50€ for the night to put your car in while it’s not mentioned. Accessing by car you need the most complicated explanation and realistically impossible to follow to avoid getting fined to get there. In too if that when you arrive when I arrive the person for the car wasn’t there no one to help with car and luggage. The design is pretty awkward overall and extremely hard to find the restaurant. The bed mattress was old had a dipped shape already and pillows were definitely not you expect or a 5 star hotel.
