“Pleasant and practical position.”
Lovely old hotel very close to Santa Maria Novella train station. Being a 16th century nobleman’s palace, the facilities were adequate but you are there for the charm of it and the location and proximity to the train and Duomo.

“Hotel Martelli”
I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Martelli. I was impressed by the efficiency of the reception staff, yet they took time to help me when my train was cancelled, giving me advice on how to handle the situation. The hotel is comfortable and clean. I hope to return in the future.

The staff were courteous and would help us out whenever we had questions and requests. The location is just a couple of minutes walk away from Firenze SMN station and the Duomo complex.

“hotel with excellent location and good price/service balance.”
Hotel Martelli is nicely located with all city attractions within walking distance. The hotel offers convenient single rooms that have basic comfort, but enough to stay for a complete week. Breakfast is well balanced and staff is very friendly.

“Best value charming hotel”
Professional warm efficient friendly and helpful from the breakfast staff to Tiziana on the front desk. Quick check in. Location excellent close to train station and major sites. Clean, large room with tea/coffee facilities and fridge. Old world charm including a bath. Breakfast more than met my expectations, fruit cereal eggs. cheese meats pastries. Staff have pride and out perform big name hotel chains Hopefully will return.
