“Great staff”
Good location, simple walk from the station. The staff were incredibly helpful. Room was fine. The breakfast supplied was better than many we have had in Europe for accommodation in this price range.

Location was not good for tourist attractions definitely the wrong side of the station. Breakfast was poor.

“Amazing Staff!”
The staff at Hotel Luxor are absolutely amazing and a real credit to the organisation. A special thank you to Sara who couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful from the moment we walked in to the time we picked up our cases to leave, and to Awais who kindly made us a cup of tea every evening after a full day of exploration. Thank you also to Sonia for providing us with a lovely breakfast every morning, and to Sharon and all the housekeeping staff for making our stay so comfortable.

Unfortunately it was very loud at night due to the proximity to the train station making the staying uncomfortable. I don’t recomend to stay in this hotel.

A very clean and spotless spacious room with a lovely shower and toilet area and the bed was so comfortable and room temperature was perfect.for our two night stay in Florence

“All in all, I was happy with my stay. Will definitely use this hotel again when I go back.”
Room was very clean. Very spacious room was provided and they do the daily cleaning. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

“Excellent hotel, very helpful kind staff and great location. Will go back there again and stay in the hotel.”
Location was approximately 10 mins from railway station. So convenient. The room was spotless, perfect in all aspects. The staff from the cleaner to the receptionist were so helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this place.
