Very clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff

Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff, incredible facilities a few minutes from the main Florence attractions. Would recommend highly!

Location was walkable distance from train station, restaurants, and central market. The rooms were comfortable with good storage facilities and areas to keep luggage from floor space.

Excellent central location close to main train station and direct tram line to and from airport. Florence indoor and outdoor markets very close by and easy walks to main attractions, good shopping and plenty of restaurant options. Hotel was very clean with modern simple rooms (comfortable bed and very well appointed bathroom), lovely rooftop area with pool and lounges (in use summer months), good breakfast included in a very pleasant dining room and all staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Staff helpful and friendly. There was a24hr general strike and the reception staff helped organise another night stay in the hotel and assisted with our onward travel to Pisa. Breakfast was splendid with plenty of choice.

“Amazing Staff complete with Rooftop Pool with Stunning Views”

Quite literally a 10 minute walk from the main train station, straight down one road, the hotel is easy to get to. Upon arrival for check-in, we were greeted with a warm smiling welcome. Great information about the hotel and our stay were provided along with a map of Florence and recommendations. A fantastic way to start out in a new city! The rooftop pool is stunning! The views incredible with a nice bar service. Staff were always so friendly and helpful. Please note the one downside is the prices of drinks and food but upon exploring the city, Florence in general is not a cheap city at all so it falls in line. We loved the pool and lounging in the Tuscan Sun. A great way to take in the city high above the street noise and crowds. All the way through our stay, we felt welcomed and they accommodated us in every way even going so far as to make a reservation for a restaurant for us. Very helpful. Also, the breakfast buffet was actually quite fantastic. Varied and plentiful!

The staff were lovely, helpful and kind. The hotel was spotless clean, central, and quiet. While there was no view from the room, we didn't request this. The room facilities were excellent, as was housekeeping. The view from the pool was beautiful, and the pool space was excellent. The other guests were friendly which added to the atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic in terms of the setting, the staffing, and the variety and quality of the food.

Excellent location, room checked a number of times each day. My teenagers loved the pool. Extremely accessible to all sights, breakfast plentiful in a lovely setting. Rooms had air conditioning which was very helpful in 38 degree heat. Thanks to Corinna on reception for helping us with restaurants and taxi at 5.00am to Pisa.

Hotel Glance in Florence exceeded all our expectations. It’s centrally located, spotlessly clean, and offers a truly high standard in every detail. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop with its pool was a wonderful bonus – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was modern, well air-conditioned, and had no carpet flooring – something that was very important to us. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, far better than the average hotel bed, and the pillows were just perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was equipped with high-quality toiletries, and everything was sparkling clean. You can tell that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Glance and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Florence. A truly outstanding experience – thank you for having us!
