The breakfast was great, lots of choices; the location was great - an easy walk to major attractions such as the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery etc and nice restaurants within 10 mins walk. As well, the room was spacious, the bed really comfortable and the bathroom very accessible and spotlessly clean. Plus the owners could not have been more helpful and charming.

This is a small family run hotel which felt this way, the personnel very friendly and warm. The breakfast was super nice, with a variety of things to have. The rooms were quite spacious, and very clean. Location was really good, and you can pretty much walk everywhere.

Manuella and Marco and Roberto were gracious, friendly, cheerful and always helpful with information and insights. Their hotel has a comfy, homey atmosphere. Location is very near T2 tram line, which goes to S.M. Novella train station and to airport. The Accademia Gallery, Duomo and other sites are within walking distance. An enjoyable experience.

location of the hotel is perfect, 10 min walk to the center. Very good breakfast in the morning, they serve every thing for the breakfast Marco (the host) and his wife are very kind and a good communicators. Marco was our guide for our stay in Firenze. the room has all the basics

Manuela, Marco and Roberto are kindness, warmhearted and patient. They gave every information which I needed about Florence, and helped me many times as well. Especially, they offered to help me to solve a rough issue with one hospital in Rome!

Small hotel run by a lovely couple who were very nice and helpful. The location is great, a 10-15 minute walk from many attractions. Our room was spacious and clean.

Manuela and Marco are wonderful hosts. The room was simple, clean, authentic, nice, high ceiling, wooden floors, in an old building. Pretty quiet, good location. Simple but tasty and good quality breakfast with enough options.
