It was clean and the room had good storage. The terrace was really good! Alessandro and Sandro at the reception were fabulous and gave us good advice for our stay. It was an overall really good hotel!

“Lovely room, clean, 2 min walk from SM Novella Station, 10 min walk to city center”
Extremely convenient to SM Novella Station (3 min walk with luggage), and about 11 min easy walk to the centre of Florence. Our room was spacious, clean and we had our own private small terrace from where we enjoyed a drink and some sunshine each afternoon. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Elevator handy with luggage and mobility issues.

“Short city break”
The location is perfect for anyone arriving by train, the hotel is 5mins from the station ,literally a stones throw but nice and quiet. Had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was fabulous, loads of choice and variety. Nice size room and spacious bathroom with a proper hairdryer . Bathroom towels big and soft . Staff friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again and recommend . The room was spotless , lovely big comfy bed .Very good value for money. The hotel is a comfortable 10minute walk from the city centre and main historical attractions.
