The hotel is in a quiet area within easy walking distance of all tourist attractions. The big was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served every morning and was good. I would return to this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, the facilities were spotless, Our room was also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. A special thanks to Marco, who made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. He greeted us warmly and recommended some fantastic restaurants. On the positive side, the location is good and close to the city center. The rooms were quite old, but still acceptable. Cleanliness was decent and within a reasonable standard. The breakfast was average.

Location ws good about 15 min walk from the main train station. Room was absolutely adequate and cleaned every day. The breakfast was fine. There is also a nice courtyard within the hotel where you can relax or have breakfast.

The great situation, a very short walking time to anywhere. Palazzo Pitti 30 minutes for example, on the other side of the river. It was nice to come back "home" after many hours tourist-day. Lovely park beside the hotel and a peaceful environment.

Stayed 3 nights / 2 rooms - The hotel is in a prime location at Piazza Indipendenza, just a 10‑minute walk to the Duomo, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. For those arriving by car, access is surprisingly easy even during ZTL hours since the hotel sits near the northern border of the historical city centre. Parking is available inside the hotel’s garden area—handled by young gentleman staff during the day and self‑park in the evening as the lady is on duty at night. At €35 per night, the rate is comparable or better than public parking in Florence, and the private garden setting feels much safer. TRUST ME! Our room on the top floor overlooked the Piazza park, offering a lovely view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and fluent in English—contrary to some negative reviews we had read beforehand. Their warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s design and décor are authentically Florentine, with original furniture and charming old‑world details. This gave us the cultural experience we were looking for, and at this price point, it felt like excellent value. Breakfast was simple but satisfying: boiled eggs, omelets, a selection of hams, and delicious cakes for dessert. The highlight was the quality coffee and hot chocolate, which set the tone for a great day of sightseeing. A comfortable stay with authentic charm, convenient location, safe parking, and genuinely kind staff. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone seeking a true Florence experience. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location both in a quiet place and next to the city center and the public transports stops. The breakfast was great. I had an important professional video call meeting and needed a quiet place, but it has been scheduled after of the check out hour. They super kindly let me stay until the end of my meeting!
