This is a truly beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The views are amazing and the staff are so polite and helpful.

Lovely room quiet in spite of its central location right next to the Uffizi Gallery. Staff could not have been more helpful. Small bar and seating area on top floor had limited view but was a welcome place to get a drink and sit outside.

The location is really really good, the breakfast was nice, the rooms are fine, the bathroom was lovely and so much hot water and powerful showers. The view from the roof top is nice towards the Duomo and towers. Good air con. On our first and second day the two ladies on reception were so welcoming and friendly.

“Excellent place in the middle of Florence”

Excellent stay in the hotel. Had very good services, delicious breakfast with a good selection of Italian cheeses, pastries and omelette, excellent ventilation in the room, and very welcoming personnel. It’s location is right in the middle of all tourists, but inside it’s very peaceful, fast wi-fi, and an oasis we found ourselves retreating from the heavy Florence crowds. To top it off, the rooftop bar offered beautiful views (albeit at a price) and nice Aperols ^^

Amazing location, right between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a suit for our 4 day stay.

In a beautiful setting by the Arno and Ponte Vecchio. Very central to everything. Good restaurants near by. We loved the roof terrace bar. The room was spacious and everything very clean. Comfy bed. Plenty of hot water and air con. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great choice at breakfast in a fabulous breakfast room.

The rennovated rooms are beautiful and spacious. The breakfast spread was excellent, fresh, with healthy options too. And in a beautiful room! Location is amazing, walkable to all main areas. Reception staff were always helpful.

Great location for exploring the city, also easy to reach by foot from Santa Maria Novella train station (in case you would like to skip taking a taxi), super nice and spacious room and bathroom, very good breakfast. Nice small rooftop bar with beautiful views.

Hotel is well kept and has an exceptional location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The Rooftop bar has a nice view and great food and cocktails Breakfast service is exceptional with an excellent and fresh variety of food. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing. So easy to get to all the attractions both side of the river. The breakfast room is amazing with a beautifully painted ceiling. Our room was spacious and incredibly quiet - it overlooked an inner courtyard. The staff were very helpful and polite. Overall an excellent stay
