“Great middle level hotel to spend couple of nights in the city”
Great location! next to the city center but stil not in ZTL, so you can easily come to the hotel doors with your car. it was also great we go a welcome drink on arrival. very good breakfast.

“Nice hotel, excellent location”
Excellent location, you can walk everywhere. Tram lines close by. Part of the hotel had been remodeled recently, comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff

“Perfect location for exploring Florence”
Great central location, nice and helpful staff, the room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet during the night despite being in the centre of Florence. Would stay there again.

Location was very good. 5 minutes walk to the Dome but still in a quiet area. Local bus station is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a nice courtyard garden at the back. Kettle, coffee and tea is available in the room as well as a hair dryer. Breakfast was very good even though on our last morning there was a larger group of tourists so the staff wasn't quick enough to replenish the food. Most serving plates were empty which was a bit disappointing as we had really nice breakfast previous 2 mornings. Reception staff are very friendly, helpful and they speak English.

At night the heater didn't function well. Very cool, my family and I wake up a few times because of the cool air from windows... Not many choices for the breakfast buffet, just fair and normal. A bit far away from the train station.
