Beautiful hotel in a perfect riverside location. Our room had stunning views of the Ponte Vecchio. Staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotless and housekeeping every day. Hotel is situated 5 mins from the Duomo and everything Florence has to offer.

“Classy place to stay in a great location !”

Everything - it is very proper and is decorated immaculately. The staff were ever so helpful and then the rooms were equally well adorned. There were so many staff at Breakfast who were very attentive. When settling the bill, they asked for a no obligation tip for the staff. We don’t tip much in Australia, but on this occasion, we were happy to.

“A fabulous hotel”

We stayed at Hotel Berchielli for five nights in April. We had two rooms between three of us, conveniently located next door to each other on the fifth floor. Our stay was fantastic. The hotel has an art deco/nouveau atmosphere to it and the staff deliver an old-fashioned quality service which makes it feel very special. The rooms and bathrooms have everything you need, together with lots of space and the furnishings are beautiful. Breakfast offers an extensive selection of hot and cold options, meats, cheeses, fish, eggs, cereals, salad, fruit, pastries, juices, teas, coffees - something for everyone. They even wrote my husband's name in the froth of his cappuccino! Front desk helped with restaurant bookings, cars to and from the airport and luggage storage. The bar had a good range of drinks and snacks. The location of the hotel is amazing. There are a couple of entrances, into a small street one way, which leads to other streets, shops and restaurants. The other way straight out onto the river. Everything is within close walking distance, fantastic for exploring. We loved it!

Very clean, beautiful, comfortable, good located. We got free upgrade as we came. Breakfast was very tasty. We would certainly come back again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and location is great on the river. My room had a gorgeous view of the ponte vecchio which was unexpected! The room was very large and so was the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very classy place to stay and an amazing location near Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel location is right in the city centre with everything within a walking distance. Helpful staff, good breakfast and lots of restaurants in the vicinity.
